Did you know that you do not need any special pills, magic potion, and special device to increase the size of your penis? It is shown now that you can actually increase the size and length of your penis by simply doing a few exercises each day. So what are these exercises that will help you increase the size of your penis?
Well for one, unfortunately you can not simply increase the size of your penis by masturbating. Although that would be a really nice fact to many of us men, but this is simply just another myth surrounding the male penis. If you really want to increase the length of your penis you need to stretch it out several times a day. So go sit down, pull it out, and gently tug on your penis. This may sound painful but gently stretch your penis and full it forward, do not pull it so hard that it hurts just to as far as it will go. So pull on it and hold it at full length for roughly thirty seconds. Then rest and repeat this step of pulling and holding. You should do this exercise once or twice a day consistently. The key to this is that you need to do it consistently, if you jut do it for one, two, or three days than you are not going to see any increase in the size of your penis. In order to actually increase the size of your penis you are going to need to stretch and pull your penis for several months, every day.
After several months you should see an increase in your penis size. Now please do not think that you are going to increase your penis by several inches, that is virtually impossible. You can expect at most maybe half an inch to an inch in length, if your penis does not increase after several months of doing these exercises you should stop because your penis is not going to become any larger.
